Zannatul Ferdous is the member of 35^th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service (Audit & Accounts). Prior to taking charge as CCDF(Pension & Fund Management) in April, 2023, she worked as Deputy Finance Controller in the Office of the  Finance Controller (Army) Pay-2. She contributed in making automated payment system for the Bangladesh Army through iBAS++. At the beginning of her career in civil service she joined the Office of Finance Controller (Army) Pay-1 as Assistant Finance Controller under Defence Finance Department(DFD).

In academic life, Zannatul Ferdous has completed her Masters degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from University of Dhaka. She has secured the 1^st position in 35^th BCS( Audit & Accounts) batch and awarded with the “Director General Award” in Financial Management Academy (FIMA) .
